Hey guys, I just bought a new MacBook Pro and was wanting to get some advice on what are some must have apps.  I only got the 13″ Core i5 model but couldn’t pass up the under $1000 price they had on it at Micro Center. You may want to pass on to your listeners that at least until March 17th they have the $1199 13″ Core i5 Macbook Pro for $999.99.  And Apple stores will price match since it is from an authorized reseller.  That is actually where I picked mine up at.  I like the Apple store experience and living in Missouri I didn’t want a dollar of my tax money going to Kansas, and that’s where Micro Center is.  Since the sale is on Micro Center’s website you may be able to get the price match at Best Buy or elsewhere.  Thanks for the great podcast, keep up the good work.

Hi guys,

I am sure you have seen the new devices that were announced at MWC.

Worst name of a phone ever must be the HTC Incredible S.
As a man you can’t buy this phone, because you would get in a fight all the time.
Imagine that you are called an incredible ass every time  someone sees the device.  Are you telling me I’m an incredible ass??
Not good.

As a female you wouldn’t want to be seen with this phone.
Every man would walk up to her and tell her she has an Incredible ass. While not looking at the phone, but of course at her backside.
Although it would be very easy selling this phone to females.
The salesman just has to say to the woman: would you like to have an incredible ass?  Almost all women I know would say yes immediately.

Can I start a rumor with you guys?
The new Samsung Galaxy S 2 has gone to a 4.3 inch screen.
Is this decision made by Samsung so that they can sell all the 4 inch screens to Apple for the Iphone 4HD???

Have a great weekend.

Regards,

Rethymno

Hey Simulcast crew!

I was just listening to this weeks past show and wanted to email you since it seems not enough listeners do so… The past handful of shows have by far been the best in the entire life of the Simulcast. I love the direction you’ve taken. The informal approach mixed with actual, educated tech talk makes you guys seem really down to earth and not think of yourselves as iconic and unapproachable figures. You’re simply a show for the people.

Other than that, keep up what you’re doing. You each bring a different aspect in and I love it. Keeps things interesting.

We should start a donate or request button on the site to decide what beer Geoff drinks each week, and possibly pay for it. That’d be entertaining.
Thanks guys!
